Competitive - Our Gymnastics team is by invitation only, These are gymnasts who are committed to achieving excellence through hard work and dedication to the sport, while learning in a positive, safe environment.
For the 2016 competitive season our team joined a new competition format hosted by AGA, which allows for larger gymnast creativity and expression by allowing them to create their own routines, pick their music and leotard. As girls progress and master skills they are moved up through the levels based on their scores at each meet they attend. Thus ensuring no one is held back to win medals over and over at the same level. It has been the best experience for all of our gymnasts, from those who just love to be on a gymnastics floor, to those who are crazy about competition, it FITS EVERYONE!
USAG XCEL Team also available for those who prefer to compete with USAG!
Work out for Girls Team is Friday 4-7pm
Girls must attend a minimum of 1 other recreational class per week
