That is what the dictionary defines as Parkour. We define it as keeping kids moving by showing them various way to get in to, out of, on top of, off of, and around their world. For the kids that climb all over every obstacle in your house and even find ways to make more obstacles to climb over in your living room, this is the class for them. Gymnastics Is great for learning body control and strength, Parkour gets the wiggles out while focusing on safe landings, rolls and dives. Your child will not just walk on a beam, they will jump off it, over it, hang on it or even use it to set up a bigger higher obstacle. Obstacles will be added as a student progresses in the class. Free Running & Acrobatic skills will be worked when the student shows an interest.
